Hi all, I got a solid 5" in Sugarloaf. There are drifts to about 8-9" in parts of the yard. By morning I may have to fire up the snow blower for the first time this year.

and 29 degrees so the rest should be fluffier but the bottom wet layer is now solidifying. its a mess out there

This will be some great moisture content. Nice wet snow, turning colder fast!

We have 3 to 4” snow on our deck in Eagle Knolls. First time in 20 years that I’ve been able to be up here and relax and enjoy the snow and not work. I’m very blessed and very happy! Appreciate all the updates from all of you during winters past.

Visit ScanCalifornia.com for the 4 live scanners. The Goldmine and Big Bear scanners are currently the same feed (Goldmine) due to hardware failure. The failed hardware is what covered CHP so the Goldmine/Big Bear feed is providing local SB County Fire, CalFire, county roads, Caltrans, USFS (currently no CHP).

Can someone explain the difference between these two scanners? Are they programmed the same but just receiving from a different location? Do any of them monitor CHP?
