Came up 330/18 4:30 am, steady rain and heavy fog from Fredalba to Running Springs, then steady rain tapering to light mist by the time you get to Erwin. Patchy fog through the Artic Circle. Rocks in the road already, two Caltrans plows doing their best to keep them clear. Slow down and live.
