Hey doo, i have amazon prime, went to the video tab and the football page was up front, clicked on " watch now" and... nothing. It forced an upgrade and it worked just like upgrades typically do, meaning it didn't work. In the past i'd click it, itd ask whose watching, click my name and itd go right to the game. This time it just sat there, tried it a dozen times then did something else as it was pointless to try any more...
Thur 🏈; HiB ..you have Prime or just the PrimeVideo app? Commercial free? and tried to Log out then back in? Reboot your TV/stream source? Wish I saw this yesterday
