MTN HOME VILLAGE: At 3:45pm #SBCoFD responded to a SWIFTWATER RESCUE in Mill Creek near the Thurman Flats Picnic Area. Two children were reportedly in the creek.

One victim has been located in the water and taken to a local hospital.
