Hi Casty! Caltrans quickmap data shows 38 closed and that is why it is showing closed here. I am under the impression that it is NOT closed and is only 1 way controlled traffic. In any case, what you see here on SCM will be aligned with Caltrans quickmap (with some added features such as delays, congestion, etc).
