R and I got to see a lot of cool things on our recent vacation. I'll keep posting here as I go through the 2,500+ photos & 50+ videos I took on the trip.

To start off, this was possibly the coolest thing we saw - an Osprey & Bald Eagle fighting in flight. First, a couple pictures (screenshots from video) then the video itself, slowed down to half-speed to more easily see the action. In both of these photos, the Osprey is above the eagle. Notice that the eagle goes upside down each time the Osprey approaches it.

And I think this was our favorite campsite on the trip. Mt. Shasta in the background and Lake Shastina behind me from where I took this photo. Best part? It was a freeeeee! campsite!
