Olympic rowers trained up here a number of years ago. I know the Norwegian men's team was here and a few others too.

Not Olympic athletes but when I was a kid I got to meet a bunch of the WCW wrestlers when they came up for Snow Brawl in 99, and at some point I saw Chuck Liddell at Chads back when it was still called that.

I actually got to 'skate' with Michelle way back when they were just putting the Olympic Skating Center together there in Lk Arrhd. I did my best to not fall on my face going around the rink while she entertained the other skaters with her jumps and leaps.

I know a lot of boxers trained up here (such as Oscar De La Hoya). For the Olympics, I remember the runners Ryan Hall and Brenda Martinez and of course Snowboarder Shaun White. Im sure there are many more but I only know the bigger names.

What Athletes have appeared in the Olympics that played and trained in Big Bear or Lake Arrowhead? {Winter Olympics}.
