Speeders are taking a big risk. Add runaway trucks to the list of mountain road hazards, along with rocks, donkeys, coyotes, flying porta-potties, wrong way drivers passing on blind curves, suicidal cyclists, slippery sand, and deer. I commute up at 3:00 am, it's much more civilized then but harder to see hazards.
