Yesterday at Staters there was 3 different people with a total of 4 dogs inside of the store this really seems to be on the uptick with more and more people feeling the need to bring a fido in to the markets. I’m wearing a mask because of a live sea food market in Wuhan China. If I was Korean and shopping for

, been noticing the upswing myself. Watched one of Big Bear finest trying to shop the other day with a cart, wearing his backpack, looking at his cell phone for his assigned shopping list (needless to say it was probably the first time he had ever been in a store) and to top it off trying to handle two good sized dogs on leashes. What a walking disaster waiting to happen, for him and the unlucky sap wrapped up in dog leashes.

I agree - I really cannot stand "pet dogs" in markets and the like but especially around food. It's another one of those ongoing issues that seems to be getting worse. Here is the link to SB County Department of Public Health should you want to file a formal complaint:

Normal dog owners can obtain a 'service dog' permit to fly on planes ✈ , enter most stores, etc. Free to do, if you know how to get past the red tape.
Personally, going into DIY (even without an identifying harness or red collar w/identification nameplate) has a bold assurance of your care & love. Good, well-behaved pets are a joy.
Supermarkets, not so much unless one is vision impaired.

I will not share the path it takes to have your fav honeybuns traipse anywhere you desire.

Has McDonald's brought back your buddy passenger-drive-thru biscuits yet?

My first truck dog used to love the McDonald's drive thru biscuits . DIY / Butchers, woofers are expected. In the produce aisle, not so much, at least running around at the end of the leash. No way that is a trained service dog. I have been guilty of taking one of the bark squad in shopping with me but it was when he was only 6 months old and he was inside a soft duffel bag carrier and was in process of trying to acclimatize him to people a little better. He wasn't running around, wansn't in anybody's way. Of course now that he is close to full grown, opnionated and very vocal, that doesn't happen any more

Thanks Trua. Sounds like it. So now Big Bearians will be subjected to billboards that do nothing for the local community but a lot for visitors. Typical. Funny how Dawn Rowe didn't think to share this and her our opinions.
