Post on 38 reopening is Redlands Buzz but NOTHING on Cal Trans District 8 page past Dec 17th. Certainly no mention of a possible reopening. Has anyone seen a CalTrans post?

Marshall, the fact that after 2 weeks they will restrict access during the day then open at night would indicate not completely through with things, athough might be final wrap up ps and qs. My concern is that originally up to a year. Whenever has county/state had their s### together to even finish a project let alone one 3 months sooner?? Call me Doubtful Dave but might I sell you a non completed round-a-bout?History leaves little to zero confidence. 🙉🙊🙈

Not sure it really matters that 38 will open before a storm arrives. Its got to open sooner or latter and waiting for a weather event to pass make zero since. It either works now or it doesn't. Open ASAP.
