SubieStyle3 hour(s) ago Merry Christmas SCM. The true Xmas miracle is the opening of HWY 38. Yesterday’s storm was a test of every drainage structure, culvert and berm that was repaired or replaced over the last few months. Kudos to CalTrans and all the engineers and operators that worked so hard to make the fix!
