Also make sure to carefully clear the snow off your propane tank regulators.

TRY THIS:
In Chrome click the 3 dots top right to bring up settings. scroll down on those settings until you see DESKTOP SITE. Check that box. close and reopen chrome and see if SCM is any better for you.
