Hi Casty! Caltrans quickmap data shows 38 closed and that is why it is showing closed here. I am under the impression that it is NOT closed and is only 1 way controlled traffic. In any case, what you see here on SCM will be aligned with Caltrans quickmap (with some added features such as delays, congestion, etc).

Can someone please tell me if 38 is o0en with lane restrictions...TThis page says closed, Calif Trans says no restrictions. Any reliable source??? Thanks
