Does anybody have any idea what was going on up Mill Creek/2n10? An awful lot of fire equipment went up this morning around 10am. It appears they have since left.

Also, thank you MtnR. It will be nice not to be surprised by an outage when things a calm where I am.

Thx MtnR. With the onshore flow returning, tighter pressure gradients will generate gusty west winds 15-25 mph here in the mtns. While not excessive, the winds in the high desert could gust over 40 mph, hence the PSPS concern.

Hey Razz, check with Tim Evans, he does all that stuff too!

Just a heads up for anyone in Big Bear SCE has some of the lines that feed power into our area on a PSPS watch for Friday into the weekend.
Doesn't mean the power will definitely go out, but something to keep an eye on!

Looking for someone to assist in setting up an extenxive camera array all hardwired. Same with TVs and Thermostats. Unfortunatly my '12 yr old son' grew up and moved away .
