Power out in Forest Falls.

Power going out and coming on again at least 6 times in two minutes. Metcalf Bay.

Yes, very gnarly winds here in Angelus Oaks. The power also keeps sagging.

The wind is super crazy in Sugarloaf and the snow is blowing horizontally. I don't have a wind meter but it's crazy hard. Is this the same all over the vally?

Are you talking about 38, Trua? They just mean they are suspending the closures that have been ongoing for the mudslide repair. Since they are suspending work, there is no reason to keep it closed. Work is currently scheduled to resume next week. That's my understanding, at least.

So CalTrans actually OPENED a road due to adverse weather? That's a new one.
