Seems as though there are some issues with the fiber lines into/around the valley. That would explain the cutouts. All towers run off fiber, and if all carriers are having issues, that's likely the problem. I'm sure they're on it...

Issues are with multiple carriers. I am having problems in Baldwin Lake with Verizon.

Cell phone issues are being reported in Big Bear and also all across the rim.

Well, those big electric bill increases sure aren't going towards any type of customer service improvements. Just called to report a service drop rubbing on a tree and was informed by the voice in the phone that my wait time would be 55 minutes.
