Boat Dock

Looking to purchase used boat dock and ramps. Anyone know of any available now or coming up this year?

Have access to a 10x20 concrete play dock with side tie set up and swim ladder, used to have a double wave runner slide attached. No slip at this time. Concrete paver walking surface. Also 60 ft gangplank. Original cost 60K. Used to down just west of Eagles Nest Marina but with the lake levels it has been in Holloways storage for about 5 yrs now. There is a good sized storage bill due on the thing and it could probably be picked up for the fees plus what ever costs to transfer ownership. Owner had since sold the LakeHaus and has relocated to Texas and I believe they have no financial concern with the thing. Would most likely be very happy to sign off an whatever needs to see it go to some use finally again. Might be another 4-5 years before we can put it back out at the East end. Good place to start, wouldn't take that much to add a slip finger.

Let me make a call over to Holloways first to see where they are with the thing, I haven't heard from them in a couple of seasons but I would imagine the owner would have hollered if they were lean selling the dock. I'll find out where, what condition, and how much the ransom on the thing is. Possible it could be in a place you could go view it, Ill get back to you.

having trouble first finding a warm body in the office, not staffing up for summer season yet and with valley being closed might be a couple of days before I locate someone who knows whats going on. Working on it.
