Tankless Under-counter Point of Service electric water heater 110/220. Had this in the little office bath sink. Worked ok for washing your hands and such, not taking a shower with it though. Perfect for the mudroom or garage sink or that special pet area.

How many amps does it need?

It was hooked to a 30A 220 circuit and it worked consistently. Anything less would work but performance would be hindered. 20A 220 or 30A 110 but again don't recommend

Ok, thanks. The place I was thinking of for it (at our place in Idaho) only has a 15 amp circuit, so this wouldn't work there.

Yes, you would be better off running in a new seperate circuit. I believe even the on counter InstHot dispensers take a 20A.

Sounds perfect. I want to augment the hot water to the washer due to a long run from the water heater. Unused 30amp 220v socket right there since I have a gas dryer.
