Attention All Boaters!

Beginning January 1, 2018, the mandatory boating safety education law goes into effect and will be phased in by age. If you operate a motorized vessel on California waterways, you will be required to pass an approved boating safety exam and carry a lifetime CA Boater Card.

What about boat RENTALS? I have found them to be the least knowledgeable and most dangerous out on the lake. I have always liked the idea of flyers being given out to every renter and every boat that is launched at the public ramps. That way there are no excuses for not knowing the rules!
