Greetings Mountain Neighbors! We are seriously considering moving up to your beautiful valley, from the other side of the mountain. We're looking online at the local paper rental site & have also stopped in at a couple realty offices. But I thought I'd ask if there are other sources that we can use that would help us. Or if y'all know of any homes looking for renters.
We are looking for at least a 2bd, 2ba(but not a necessity), fenced AND dog friendly home with a garage (husband has a truck he works on), and a kid friendly neighborhood. $1000 or less would be good.
The ideal home would also have easy access to off roading, our boy LOVES to ride his motorcycle.
Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks for reading!

You'll probably want to look in the Irwin Lake/Baldwin Lake area as well if you're interested in offroading type places.

PresidentM, called that number & left a message. Thank you!
Thank you Benny, we are keeping options open & did a drive thru there yesterday.
The closer to the 38 the better for the husband.
Thank you for everyone's help!!

DogDawn, I have a couple friends trying to rent their place that I think would suit your requirements and price. Let me know if you have found something or not, and if not, I'll get with them.

WINTER IS OVER AND SUMMER IS ALMOST HERE!
