 While taking the cruise around the lake this past summer, our "guide" took us around China Island. There were people doing some restoring of a deck. The guide said that all the buildings were being restored and that possibly they would be rentals when finished.

ahahahaha! now that there is funny! from what i saw, any repairs made were cosmetic, at least to the deck. the supports to the deck were not repaired, just the splintered top. it would be an amazing dream to stumble into that remodeling job!

a bit late to the party.. you don't need the waiver to ride the sky chair if you are walking. Only bike riders need the waiver. The walk down is a different path this year and steeper.
