Hi,
I recently purchased a home in Angelus Oaks. I have a three massive trees that needs to be cut down. I am unable to afford tree services so if you can take them down you can have the wood.

Cool RobDrums! I know folks that do their own woodcutting but not sure if they actually bring down the trees or just use the ones that are already down. I will spread the word.

Do you really want someone who's not bonded and insured taking down massive trees on your property? So much can go wrong if you don't have the right equipment and a knowledge of how to bring down big trees. Just hauling the tree away once it comes down is tough enough without the right flatbed, but bringing a big one down without damaging other trees or houses or power lines or cars or roads is a skill that is worth paying for. A professional tree removal company will not do that kind of work for the firewood.

Exactly what I was thinking. AND if someone gets hurt you can do jail time for negligence. All around a bad situation in the making. Be safe! Good luck!

SMC, is there a mobile app you can recommend for earthquake alert? I see a few at the app store, but looking for 10 seconds or so warning.
