Make great memories, celebrate with food. Here is our memory of May 13 2018

Enjoyed a wonderful Mother’s Day with my bride of 29 years and more importantly, the mother of our two sons.

Our oldest graduated yesterday UNLV. After breakfast with the graduate this morning in Henderson, we arrived home Fullerton for dinner with our youngest who is graduating HS next week

Menu

Prerrier-Jouet Champagne
Cheese n crackers

Iceberg wedge with blue cheese
Grilled line-caught local snapper fish
Oven roasted red potato
Steamed broccoli
Garlic toast

Angel food cake with macerated strawberries

Keep mom first, always.

Should have trimmed a bit more of the fat before the dry rub but it was moist and juicy

I came up the mountain late this afternoon and it was DUMPING after Cactus Flats all the way to 38! There were rivers running across the road at every crossroad and some of it was pretty deep. Amazing!

Not bad et all! Only about a quarter inch here today, on top of the 1.15" that fell Sunday, not too shabby. 5 & 1/2" for the season already!
