My first Fawnskin bear cam capture of 2018. They're baaaaack! Look at the size of those cubs. Brought cam in this morning to reset date and discovered, yay, BEARS! (so date is wrong --it was last night-- but time is correct)

Can you imagine walking out the door and discovering that you are between Mama and her cubs?

Before getting the trail cam, I often left screen door propped open and front door open as I brought in glasses and speaker, etc., off the deck at night. Got the cam in July. The door has been closed and locked for the night ever since. Reason for non-bear awareness? Used to live on Cape Cod.

SMC, is there a mobile app you can recommend for earthquake alert? I see a few at the app store, but looking for 10 seconds or so warning.
