I heard that Rock 1053 did an April Fool's prank by saying on the air that the shuttle was going to land at Montgomery Field which is absolutely ridiculous. It's a puddle-jumper that could never support the weight. Tons of people (possibly in the 100's of thousands) showed up and...no space shuttle. Anyone in San Diego hear about this? This would have been pre-1997 because that's when I heard of it.

Well I guess I'll just sit here and blow up then, shall I?
