I would love to hear what you guys like best and why? Like for breakfast, lunch & dinners. We have a few places we have really liked, so here they are.

Breakfast, Grizzly manor or log cabin

Lunch, I usually get a quiznos or something like that.

Dinner, For Pizza, Paolis is great!
I really like Teddy bears pot roast and pot pies, also Captains anchorage is ok. Ambiance is cool there.

Any help and suggestions would be awesome. Is there any hidden little secret eats around? Maybe in different areas, like I have heard a place by the airport? Anything over in Fawnskin?

Thanks guys

Barnstorm at the airport. Great meals there, and reasonable prices. North Shore Cafe in Fawnskin. The owner is the chef, and there food is fresh and very good. Also reasonably priced. Best restaurant over-all in Big Bear is Peppercorn. Great lunches and dinners, a bit more upscale than the other two, but not unreasonably priced.

The Barnstorm can have great dinners too!

Our favorites:
For Mexican we enjoy El Jacalito, Italian is Maggios, BBQ food is B's with Jaspers close behind. Burgers at Get The Burger, "American Food" we really like Teddy Bear. There are so many great little places in Big Bear.

I like Jaspers better than B's. Maggios is great. And Azteca (SP?) is great

Notice, remember do not leave dogs in cars even for a little while in the sun. CNN reports a police dog was killed this way today.

a bit late to the party.. you don't need the waiver to ride the sky chair if you are walking. Only bike riders need the waiver. The walk down is a different path this year and steeper.
