 Thought I'd post a review of our favorite restaurant in Palm Springs. We like it so much that we will drive out of our way for take-out when we are passing through the area! It's on East Palm Canyon in Smoke Tree Plaza.

Chef Tanya started the PS ones years ago and has recently begun to spread out. The food is consistently delicious and oh so satisfying! Oh, did I mention it's vegan? But it's vegan like you've never had before! We've taken many confirmed meatatarians there and they've also enjoyed it immensely.

We've enjoyed every single handheld (sandwich) that we've had. Some of the Earth Bowls are a little too dry for our tastes but we've gone back again and again for everything else!

If you go make sure and have the sweet potato fries and the watermelon fresca.

a bit late to the party.. you don't need the waiver to ride the sky chair if you are walking. Only bike riders need the waiver. The walk down is a different path this year and steeper.
