Snow Valley would also be an excellent choice...it's a little farther away but far less crowded. They have a sale going on the ends tonight...4 ANYTIME lift tickets for $99. These tickets could me used any way that you want. You could also call and ask about the locals special (similar price)

Thanks Rsters, was going to mention them too but I'm not familiar with the terrain and offers!

THAT might violate your employer's TOS!

Of the two resorts is Snow Valley regularly the less crowded resort or just this weekend?

Regularly. And that alone has to be comforting to your daughters since they're used to snowboarding without having to worry about looking above themselves for others that may not be completely in control of their skis or snowboards.

Anyone know more about the list of "Road Status Changes" on Hwy 38? It's a true mystery to me at this point.

Spartacus was a 3yr old Belgian Malinois trained in narco detection, tracking and apprehension. RIP Officer Spartacus.

Sun Diego. The CNN report is correct and we here in Georgia are outraged. This LEO is a 7yr K9 handler and SUPPOSED to be responsible. The poor pooch was in the car in the LEO's driveway and not discovered til 9PM. Many of us are calling for his firing and animal cruelty charges filed. LEO is currently on "paid leave".

Notice, remember do not leave dogs in cars even for a little while in the sun. CNN reports a police dog was killed this way today.

Sometimes it is hard to figure out who your true friends are. Other times they just show up and shine!

Thanks. No one expected Dorner in Big Bear either, but in So Cal you can be just about anywhere in two hours.
