Fire east of Interstate 15 at Kenwood Avenue. Caltrans has opened two lanes on the northbound I-15 and all lanes are open on southbound I-15. Heavy traffic on northbournd I-15 at this time.

Significant Events: Structures were threatened at Matthews Ranch east of I-15 near Kenwood exit. Sheltered in place. 1 singlewide mobile home was lost at Matthews Ranch.
Currently battling this blaze: 5 airtankers, 6 helicopters, 18 engines, 10 handcrews and 4 watertenders assigned to the fire.

fire is established at the bottom ( now where this is not sure yet) earlier on wildlandfire * 2 semi`s were trapped under power lines that fell down across the fwy * thanks guys *

tankers are working on the right flank , near the shoulder with bravo 5 leading them in per scanner ffs are hoping the fuel break in this area will hold the fire and the pilots are trying to reinforce with retarndant on the ridge
