Hey all you 2nd Amendment supporters! It is time once again for our annual event. The date: Saturday, June 11 at 6:00 p.m. The location: Big Bear Convention Center. Remember, this event raises money that goes back into our community to teach gun safety and shooting skills for our youth and community. Attached is a pdf of the flyer for this year. Please consider attending and bring some friends. Good time is had by all and even some here have won some nice prizes in the past. I also have some pre-event drawing tickets for a pistol and a shotgun. Just email me and we can meet somewhere so you can purchase them. $10 a ticket.

trying to see if, 1) I can make it, 2) my daughter wants to go, 3) if I can afford it this year.

In the past it has been a great time and something we should all try to go to.

I don’t need your attitude thanks, I have one of my own!

Again, if there are enough of you SoCal radicals, I can save a table for ya. We can figure that out as the event draws nearer.

Just a friendly reminder: 1 month away is the event. Also, note the early bird special by May 16. Every ticket purchased by that date gets a free gun game ticket.

Does winner need to be present to win? And how's it work if I buy some from you, it looks like there's multiple drawlrings?

Why is this in the political section? Should it be moved to events?

Allen< Thanks for the update on the roads. I will stay home. Hwy 18 to Lucerne has one way traffic, Hwy 38 has construction and one-way traffic. There will probavly be a head on collision on Hwy 330 and 18 closing the road for a day or so. Thanks to the geni at CALTRANS.

Anyone know more about the list of "Road Status Changes" on Hwy 38? It's a true mystery to me at this point.

Sun Diego. The CNN report is correct and we here in Georgia are outraged. This LEO is a 7yr K9 handler and SUPPOSED to be responsible. The poor pooch was in the car in the LEO's driveway and not discovered til 9PM. Many of us are calling for his firing and animal cruelty charges filed. LEO is currently on "paid leave".

Notice, remember do not leave dogs in cars even for a little while in the sun. CNN reports a police dog was killed this way today.
