I think this place is where Dongio's used to be. Their address is 42011 Big Bear Blvd. The grand opening celebration will be Wednesday, November 24, 2010 from 3-9PM.

I tried going there the other day.....they were not open. Wish I knew this. I was so looking forward to trying a new meatball sandwich somewhere. Thanks for the info...guess i'll go back when they open, lol
I hope they take down the old sign on the back of the building, ate at Dongio's once, that was too many times, I'll try this new one 'cause i like Italian food, and it's close to home. I don’t need your attitude thanks, I have one of my own!

The OLD Dongios was fairly good. The last owners just could not get it together. Hope this place has success. It will keep Maggios on their toes to know there is some competition nearby!

a bit late to the party.. you don't need the waiver to ride the sky chair if you are walking. Only bike riders need the waiver. The walk down is a different path this year and steeper.
