I really apreciate you guys posting these pictures. makes me homesick.
I was wondering if the bears may hibernate this year. If the larger animals didn't get to lower elevations it will be a bad winter for them Don't argue with an idiot; people watching may not be able to tell the difference.

Helen had asked in the chatbox the other day about how Treasure Island looked with the snow from this storm. We flew in Saturday afternoon and took a few shots as we passed TI. Here are two of them. To see the rest of them you can [Click Here] to see thumbnails, slide show and full size of all of the photos.
If you zoom in on the full size orginals you can spot some snow shoe tracks where someone was out on the ice near the bouy and walked over to the island and back. What an idiot!
Wow! Fantastic pictures Flyboy! No good deed goes unpunished.
Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me either. Just pretty much leave me alone.
Carl - Everyone who can make the meeting at the Hospital today should go. Tragic to not have a hospital in the Valley. Our first visit there was last Saturday early early morning when my 4 year old Grandson's Ear Drum ruptured. I was so thankful they were around the corner and they took amazing care of him.
