Any unusual behavior of wildlife is worth reporting. Anecdotal stories of the last couple weeks, make it seem the predator types are more active than usual lately.

By stalking, I mean a coyote that follows you while you are walking your leashed dog, or one that paces up and down your fence line, staring at your pet. THOSE are the dangerous ones.

Fish and Wildlife is the proper agency to inform of sightings of cougars, bears, etc.

If a coyote is attacking pets, or is seen regularly stalking pets, call animal control. They have access to a trapper. Simply seeing/hearing coyotes is normal, though.

so just so everyone know small mountain lion 150 Lbs? Sighted on Hillcrest heading towards Mill Creek road 5:30 Pm Sunday. Red Ant Hill Area. Passed by the back of my neighbor by about 15 feet.
