JellylorumMay 26 : 06:44pmAny unusual behavior of wildlife is worth reporting. Anecdotal stories of the last couple weeks, make it seem the predator types are more active than usual lately.
JellylorumMay 26 : 06:39pmBy stalking, I mean a coyote that follows you while you are walking your leashed dog, or one that paces up and down your fence line, staring at your pet. THOSE are the dangerous ones.
MIKEMay 26 : 06:35pm40 lb yote is not 150 lb kitty .
JellylorumMay 26 : 06:29pmFish and Wildlife is the proper agency to inform of sightings of cougars, bears, etc.
If a coyote is attacking pets, or is seen regularly stalking pets, call animal control. They have access to a trapper. Simply seeing/hearing coyotes is normal, though.
